NAVET
NAVET is a fictional labor union that focuses on raising wages and improving conditions in female-dominated professions. The brand was originally created as part of a course in Integrated Media Production, where the task was to produce a film that encourages the viewer to take action.
After the initial project, I continued developing the NAVET brand, refining the logo and creating additional branding materials such as posters, business cards, and new slogan concepts.
The logo features shades of light pink and deep burgundy, chosen to symbolize femininity and strength, reflecting the focus on women-dominated professions without feeling stereotypical or exaggerated.
The campaign’s slogans, “The Work Isn’t Over” and “Better Wages and Conditions for Those Who…”, are short, impactful, and directly tied to the professions being highlighted. Each slogan serves as a clear call to action, urging the audience to join NAVET and take part in the movement for equality in the workplace.
Little Burrow is a fictional animal shelter dedicated to finding new homes for small furry critters, such as rabbits, hamsters, and guinea pigs. The goal of the project was to create an approachable brand identity that encourages the viewer to take action, without creating a feeling of guilt. To do this, the brand identity was kept colorful and simple with cute, friendly details.
The logotype shows off that the company has a deep, positive connection to animals. The posters clarify this further, as they show off real animals that you can adopt from the shelter. The bright colors in the posters are designed to grab any passerby’s attention, and to keep it with the photos and the simple copy.
